Yesterday was the perfect working in the yard day. Sunny but chilly. I have been meaning to get outside and prune the roses before winter since I forgot in the spring. As I was pruning away, one of the bushes had a single small pink rose. It was quite surprising since it has been cold, but this bush was protected by the two fir trees in my front yard. I enjoyed looking at the rose on my front steps all afternoon as I worked. The following tasks were completed: cleaning up the flower beds, raking up pine needles to put on the roses, putting protectors over the outside faucets, hanging the hose in the garage (I drained it a couple of weeks ago), putting lawn chairs away, and mowing the lawn. The yard looks ready for winter!
So after I was all done with my cleanup tasks, I brought the rose inside to enjoy.
As I was working in the kitchen (baking and cleaning) I heard a munching noise and looked over to see Sasha eating the rose! She munched a couple of leaves and some petals. See the proof below. The rose is now in a (theoretically) safer location.

How crazy is that?? Have you seen the pictures of our cat? Our Sam looks just like your Sasha. Have a nice Thanksgiving Anna!
to answer your question: for sure in Feb, possibly sooner.
I am working on some dates. I'll keep you posted. Maybe we can get together? Hope you had a nice Christmas. Jane
