Ok, I'm going to make this public because I need some accountability.
I joined the Weight Watcher's group at work. So far it has been rough going, but I really want to change my habits. Over the past year, I realized that I do a lot of emotional eathing, which isn't healthy. I don't want to spend the rest of my life stuffing my face with food when I am stressed, angry, hurt, confused, and even happy!
So far, I'm down 3.8 pounds in 5 weeks.

Hey! Great job! That is a great start! Good for you. I do the same thing when I am nervous. I dont' eat at all when I am angry or upset...maybe I should become more of an angry person? :) Just kiddin!
