Menu for the Week

looks like a yummy week! And only 4 days to plan for. Yay! This means leftovers for lunches. (Although, it also means that I might have leftovers instead of cooking...)

Monday - Penne and pasta sauce
Tuesday - Fajitas at Tina's Pampered Chef party
Wednesday - Grilled chicken and steamed broccoli
Thursday - Lemony chicken and white bean Salad
Friday - Crispy unfried fish & chips
Saturday - Dinner at a friends house
Sunday - BBQ at my parents - taking potato salad
