Monday: Shrimp Risotto with snap peas (from the May/June 2011 WW Magazine)
Tuesday: Jane's pinto beans & chicken on tostada's
Wednesday: Chicken, white bean & butternut squash soup (from the new WW Point's Plus cookbook) (keeps getting postponed but really want to make this as it is delish!)
Thursday: Pizza from the farmer's market
Friday: Pasta w/sauce
Saturday: leftovers
