Meal Planning

I have found that meal planning makes for easy evening decisions. As a single person, it is very easy to look in the fridge, and look in the cupboards and think "I have nothing in the house for dinner." or "I have no idea what to make, there are so many options." To combat both of these lines of thinking I've started planning my meals out ahead of time - it makes things much much easier. So for the curious here are my plans for the next two weeks.

Saturday - Brunswick Stew from WW Comfort Classics
Sunday - leftovers
Monday - Tutor evening - eat on the run (mini lunch)
Tuesday - Helping my friend Charity who feeds me
Wednesday - Tandoori Chicken from WW Comfort Classics
Thursday - Tutor evening - eat on the run (mini lunch)
Friday - spaghetti squash & sauce

Saturday - leftovers
Sunday - cook a whole chicken
Monday - Tutor evening - eat on the run (mini lunch)
Tuesday - microwave meal (haircut @ 6pm, church LNO @ 7pm)
Wednesday - Mom's chicken & Biscuit Pot Pie from WW Comfort Classics
Thursday - Vestry meeting - leftovers
Friday - Tutor evening - eat on the run (mini lunch)
